Some of the technology and service providers used by Apex Football Group store, process or access personal information outside Australia.
The Apex Super League database, which holds parent accounts, player records and the health and emergency information supplied at registration, is hosted in Japan.

Apex Football Group will tell a parent or legal guardian which countries their own or their child's information is held in, on request.
The websites are delivered through a global content-delivery network, so technical information such as an IP address may pass through other countries on its way to and from a visitor.
Where the Australian Privacy Principles apply, additional requirements may apply to overseas disclosure of personal information. OAIC guidance states that an APP entity generally needs to take reasonable steps before overseas disclosure and may remain accountable for the overseas recipient's handling of that information.
19. Sale of personal information
Apex Football Group does not sell personal information about players or families to unrelated third parties for those third parties' independent marketing purposes.

Apex Football Group seeks to collect only information reasonably required for its activities and services.
Parents and legal guardians should avoid providing unnecessary sensitive information.
Where information is no longer reasonably required, Apex Football Group may delete, destroy or de-identify it, subject to applicable legal, operational, safeguarding, insurance and record-keeping requirements.

Where Apex Football Group is subject to the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme and an eligible data breach occurs, Apex Football Group will comply with applicable notification requirements.
